Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both sides. Read the terms applicable to your specific purchase type.

Overview

Corevo products and services have different refund eligibility depending on the type of purchase. Software licenses, professional services, and subscriptions are treated differently. Please read the relevant section for your purchase type.

All refund requests are reviewed individually. Our goal is to resolve genuine issues fairly. If you are unhappy with any Sarvify service, please contact us first — we will always try to resolve issues before a refund becomes necessary.

Software Licenses

Lifetime License

Lifetime Licenses are generally non-refundable after software delivery and installation. A Lifetime License delivers perpetual software rights, and once delivered, the software cannot be "returned."

However, refunds may be considered within 14 days of purchase if:

  • The software was not installed or deployed by Sarvify at the time of the refund request
  • A critical technical issue prevents the software from functioning as described, and Sarvify is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe
  • The purchase was made in error (e.g. duplicate order)

Evaluation period

We strongly recommend requesting a sandbox demo before purchasing. Sarvify provides a fully configured sandbox environment for qualified prospects. Please use the evaluation period to verify the software meets your requirements before committing to a Lifetime License.

Annual Subscriptions

Cancellation within 14 days

If you cancel an Annual Subscription within 14 days of the start date and have not made significant use of the software (no live transactions), you are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellation after 14 days

After 14 days, Annual Subscriptions are non-refundable for the current subscription year. If you cancel mid-year, your access continues until the end of the current subscription period, after which it will not renew. No refund is issued for the unused portion of the year.

Auto-renewal

Annual Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will receive a renewal invoice 60 days before your subscription expires. If you do not wish to renew, simply do not pay the renewal invoice.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to billing@sarvify.in
  • Access is terminated at the end of the current subscription period
  • Sarvify will provide a database export upon request before access is terminated

Implementation Services

Implementation services (consulting, configuration, data migration, and training) are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Implementation projects are scoped, quoted, and approved in advance. Once a project is underway, resource costs are incurred regardless of the outcome. For this reason, implementation fees are non-refundable after project kickoff.

Before project kickoff

  • If you cancel before the project kickoff meeting, any upfront deposit is refundable minus administrative costs
  • Cancellation must be made in writing with at least 5 business days notice before the scheduled kickoff

Dispute resolution

If you believe an implementation deliverable was not completed as described in the Statement of Work, please raise a formal dispute within 10 business days of delivery. Sarvify will review and, if valid, remedy the issue at no additional cost.

Managed Hosting

Managed Hosting fees are charged monthly or annually depending on your plan.

  • Monthly hosting fees: non-refundable for the current month
  • Annual hosting prepayment: refundable on a pro-rata basis for unused complete months, if cancelled with 30 days written notice
  • Setup fees for managed hosting are non-refundable
  • If Sarvify fails to meet the 99.5% uptime SLA in a given month, you may request a service credit equivalent to the affected period

Support Contracts

Annual Support Contracts are non-refundable once commenced. Support contracts can be cancelled at the end of the contract period by providing 30 days written notice before renewal.

If you are dissatisfied with the level of support received, please raise the issue formally with Sarvify management. We will work to address the issue before considering any commercial remedies.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

    Contact us

    Email billing@sarvify.in with your invoice number, the reason for your refund request, and any supporting information.

    Review

    Sarvify will review your request within 5 business days and respond with a decision or request for additional information.

  3. 3

    Resolution

    If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

Exceptions

The following situations are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:

  • Purchases made more than 14 days ago (for subscription and license refunds)
  • Refunds requested due to a change in your business direction unrelated to Corevo's functionality
  • Refunds for services where the work was completed to specification
  • Cases where the customer has violated these Terms of Service
  • Third-party services or integrations purchased through Sarvify on your behalf
