Corevo is priced per company (legal entity), not per user. Once licensed on a specific tier, any number of employees within that tier's limit can use the system. This makes Corevo significantly more predictable than per-user ERP as your team grows.
Our Starter and Growth plans support a single legal entity, though you can have multiple branches or warehouse locations within that entity. If you need to manage multiple distinct legal entities (with separate GSTINs and financial books) from a single instance, you will need our Enterprise or Custom plans.
No. The tier price covers the software, fully managed cloud hosting, automatic backups, and standard support. Implementation services and custom development are scoped and priced separately.
If your active team size exceeds the limit of your current tier (e.g., growing from 25 to 35 users), you will simply be upgraded to the next tier (Growth) at your next billing cycle.
No. Implementation, data migration, and training are one-time professional services priced separately based on your business complexity and data volume. We'll provide a detailed implementation quote alongside your software subscription.
